De retour d’une soirée un peu arrosée, une bande de jeunes percute un homme sur une petite route. A peine remis de leurs émotions, une ambulance arrive et les embarque vers un hôpital miteux. C’est là qu’ils réalisent qu’ils y sont les seuls patients et que d’inquiétantes opérations s’y déroulent. Leur descente aux enfers commence.
After an accident on a country road, Emily and her friends feel that the worst is over when an ambulance drives up.
